TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

By accessing, browsing, or transacting on this website, the user (“Customer”, “You”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth by GeoSMM.pk (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).

All users must be 18 years of age or older to register or transact.
The Company may modify these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
We do not provide services to entities or jurisdictions on international sanction lists (e.g., OFAC).
All pricing is shown in supported currencies. Accepted payment methods and currencies are displayed at checkout.
Users must keep their login credentials confidential.

Disclaimer

GeoSMM.pk provides digital promotional services and API access. These services do not guarantee long-term engagement, retention, or business results. We disclaim all warranties regarding performance and outcomes.

PRIVACY POLICY (SUMMARY)

We follow strict data protection practices. Personal and payment data are processed via secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. GeoSMM.pk does not store full card numbers. We do not sell or lease personally identifiable information to third parties.

Data Subject Rights: You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability by contacting us. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds

Refund requests must be initiated via official support channels and are subject to review. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–45 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Refunds may be granted for technical failures, undelivered services, or duplicate transactions at the Company's discretion.

Non-Refundable Cases

Services delivered to private or inaccessible accounts.
Multiple orders placed on the same link or misuse of multiple panels for same link.
Incorrect order details or username changes after ordering.
Services explicitly marked non-refundable or without refill guarantee.
Platform-driven removals or statistical drops after completion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback/dispute without first contacting support may result in account suspension, reversal of services, and recovery actions. Please contact support first.

Cancellations

Orders are final once processing has started. Cancellation requests before processing may be considered; post-processing cancellations are not guaranteed.

SERVICE DELIVERY & CONFIRMATION

After successful payment the customer receives an email with transaction ID, service description and invoice. Delivery timelines are indicative estimations only and not binding.

GeoSMM.pk is not liable for delays caused by third-party platform outages, restrictions, or external events. Customers must ensure order details are accurate before submission.

OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

The Company is not responsible for delivery failures caused by user-side actions such as changing usernames, switching to private accounts, or deleting content.

Automated Start Count & Completion

The system detects the start count at the time of order. When the purchased quantity is delivered the order is marked as Completed.

Refill / Guarantee

Only services that explicitly include a Refill Guarantee are eligible for replenishment. Services without refill are final.

Statistical Estimates

All delivery estimates and progress bars are statistical only and do not form binding commitments.

Promotional Communication Consent

By creating an account you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages. Unsubscribe options are available in each message or via support.

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

We do not support services for accounts that:

Promote adult/pornographic material, hate, violence, or illegal content.
Violate platform community guidelines or terms of service.
Engage in fraudulent, manipulative, or malicious activities.

Orders for restricted content may be cancelled without refund and accounts may be terminated.

Payments are processed via licensed third-party gateways. Accepted payment methods (Visa / MasterCard / other) and currencies are displayed at checkout.
